Delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies
Most recipe’s for Chocolate Chip cookies calls for 3/4 cup of brown sugar and 3/4 cup of white refined sugar. I started to take out the white sugar and noticed they tasted better!
For gluten free cookies, I use namaste perfect flour blend instead of regular flour and take out the baking powder. They will not be as flat!
2 Sticks of butter (softened)
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of baking Powder
1 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
2 1/4 cup of flour
2 cups of chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
Mix the softened butter, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Add the Baking soda, Baking powder, salt & sugar. Blend again! Then Add in flour gradually, then the nuts & Chocolate chips last. On two cookies sheets spoon mixture with space between. They will flatten out to twice the original size.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Keep them in for a few more minutes if you like them a little browner.
